Shell Package
A Bensonwood home is a collaboration between you and the people of Bensonwood. During the process, we supply a number of products, assemblies and services that we call the Shell Package, which consist of the following:
- Construction plans and documents
- Engineering
- Timberframe (when included in design)
- Wall panels
- Roof panels (with roof boards)
- Second floor system (ceiling boards available in separate Millwork Package
- Loewen or Marvin Integrity® windows and exterior doors
- Bensonwood entry door
- Project steward services
