The largest Matrix in the Lifestyle Series, Hartland family has almost unlimited possibilities. All the homes in the Lifestyle Series feature open floor plans that are both expandable and reducible, as well as flexible and adaptable for different uses, ranging from large to small, depending on the way the components are configured. The Hartland Matrix also offers many different dormer possibilities—from gable and shed dormers, to combinations of both—to complement a variety of second floor living preferences. And, because of our newly enhanced insulation standard for our OBPlusWall and roof systems, all the homes in the Hartland Matrix will have extremely small heating and cooling requirements.
