A Bensonwood home is a collaboration between you, your general contractor and the people of Bensonwood. During the process, we supply a number of products, assemblies and services that we call the Shell Package, which consist of the following:
- Construction plans and documents
- Engineering
- Timberframe
- Wall panels
- Roof panels (with ceiling boards)
- Second floor system (and first floor ceiling)
- Loewen windows/exterior doors and their trim
- Bensonwood entry door
- Project steward services
