Designed by Bensonwood to accommodate 108 children in kindergarten through 8th grade, the award-winning Runnemede school was constructed in less than nine months, using a wealth of green materials. Bensonwood's exclusive Open-Built® system allowed mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors to complete their work simultaneously. The school was designed and built using Open-Built's unique attributes that allow for easy access to electrical and plumbing components and to make future expansion easier and less costly.
