Open-Built® and the Environment
The use of our exclusive Open-Built® technology in the design and building of a house means that we can analyze every item and every component in every structure we create, to make sure that cutoffs are kept as small as possible and waste minimized. Open-Built® also allows us to design in a three dimensional grid. We are able to order raw materials that are ideally sized to the grid, which further minimizes waste. Computer-aided design reduces the use of large scale paper drawings and the paper we do use is recycled.
